What is your shipping policy?
We offer free domestic ground shipping on all orders over $100. Orders are packed within 1-2 business days and then shipped from Rancho Cordova, California. Standard shipping is $6.95 and typically takes 3-4 days to arrive once shipped, depending on the distance of the delivery address from our fulfillment center.
Need it faster? We also offer a $9.95 expedited shipping upgrade at checkout. Expedited orders are always packed first and will arrive 1-2 days after fulfillment.
How quickly will my order ship?
We always ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order.
Once shipped, orders sent with our free standard shipping should arrive within 3-4 business days, and orders shipped with upgraded shipping should arrive within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally. Shipping rates are calculated in your cart based on delivery destination. International shipments are subject to taxes, customs, and fees levied by the destination country.
Do you have faster shipping options?
Yes! We offer a $10 expedited shipping upgrade at checkout. Those orders ship first and will arrive 1-2 days after fulfillment and shipping.
What is the shipping cutoff for holiday orders, to arrive in time for Valentine's Day or Christmas?
For on-time delivery, holiday orders with standard shipping must be received 5-8 days before the holiday.
Orders with $9.95 expedited shipping should be placed 4-5 days prior to the holiday, to allow for adequate shipping time.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer returns — for refund or exchange — within 30 days of purchase, except for made-to-order items and gift cards. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect, unworn condition, with original packaging.
For defective or damaged items, returns are accepted for exchange within 90 days, contingent upon approval from our customer care team.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer refunds on returns made within 30 days of receipt, credited to the original form of payment. If you'd like to initiate a return, please do so at your My Account page. Visit our Refund Policy page for additional details.
What do I do if my item is defective or arrives damaged?
We'll make it right! We never want you to end up with a product that isn't up to our standards. If the item you received is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it at no cost to you within 90 days of delivery — email us and our customer care team at customercare@collectivehearts.co will help you out.
